Eggnog Smoothie
1 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 frozen banana
1 handful of spinach (optional)
2 pitted Mejool dates
2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp lemon rind
Blend everything and serve cold over ice or warmed. The smoothie tastes good just as is or with a swig of Bourbon or rum.
