How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? Are you sluggish and heavy? Do you have underlying feelings of anxiety, worry or fear before you’ve even peeled back the covers? Are you counting the minutes until the coffee is brewed so you can ‘start’ your day? Have you yelled at the kids or your partner before you’ve taking a few deep breaths? You’ll find a practical approach to this in week 3.
Do you often skip breakfast or other meals? What is your relationship to time; do you feel a scarcity to time? We all have the same 24 hours in a day; Do you fill up your days to avoid discovering the real you. This program will gradually guide you.

RADIANT BODY is about getting grounded in habits to thrive in your body for a lifetime. It’s based on evolutionary group consciousness and progressive habit-evolution philosophy. I use a simple system to up level your body and your life with Ayurveda. The daily routine, or Dinacharya, as it’s called in Ayurveda, is central to promoting health, well being and creating balance. In 10 weeks you will be coached through a shift in your personal health. It will be at your pace so that you don’t get stressed out.

I’m Jamie Worster and I will be your guide on this journey. I have personally dealt with anxiety and depression and it’s miserable. I suffered from migraines for well over a decade and often felt bloated and cranky from poor digestion. My symptoms added up and continually lowered my quality of life. During this time I was practicing yoga. I was sitting in silence. And yet it wasn’t enough. Those were only maintaining my status quo. I needed to experience the impact of small lifestyle changes made in my daily routine over time to create real lasting improvement. Ayurveda has provided a wise container which has enriched my life.
I am here to support you and cheer you along the way. I am committed to see you through this process and help you discover how small changes everyday can transform the course of your life. Here’s how: I work to create a conscious, evolutionary community. We “meet” online so that I can coach people from all over the world. Over the course of 10-weeks there are ten, 60-minute live group phone calls with Jamie. You'll receive weekly audio lessons recorded by Jamie to learn about the new habit in a simple, practical way and you can start to implement immediately. Reading assignments designed to generate curiosity and creativity from our Yoga Health Coaching E-Book and Master Habits E-Book will guide you. There will be weekly handouts, journaling and tracking between our calls together. We will have a secret Facebook page where you can share, ask questions or check in more frequently receiving support from Jamie and others in the group. The materials are yours to keep forever. All our weekly calls are recorded and emailed to you within a few days of the live call in case you wish to review the information or if you were unable to participate.
