PRIVATE One-on-One, small group Yoga SESSIONS, The Yoga Beginners Series

Available by appointment at your home, office,Jamie's home studio or other locations are also available.

Classes are designed to accommodate your needs and goals, and are a great way to deepen your practice, expand your knowledge, and improve overall health. Private sessions are great for anyone…. from beginners to professional athletes, those wishing to deepen their practice, who are prepping or recovering from surgery, pre and postnatal goddesses, those with specific injuries, who want to reduce stress or other special needs.  Special focus will be given to breath, alignment, and your specific energetic stasis, and always towards developing and maintaining a personal practice for promoting health and wellness. I will tailor the session to meet your wellness goals and meet your where you are at.

I offer The Yoga Beginner Series 2x a year (typically January + September) at Freeport Yoga Company.

Whether you are new to yoga or want to fine tune your practice this beginner series is a the way to go. This 4 week series teaches the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment. Students learn yogic breathing, yoga postures and relaxation techniques. The beginner series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility. By the end of the series, you will be ready to confidently participate in beginner classes (or beyond!) You don't need to have a flexibility or quiet mind to begin - you just need to show up!
